Clif Johnson—Senior Pastor
 Clif Johnson serves as the senior pastor of Garrett Memorial Baptist Church. Clif is a 2001 graduate of Central Baptist College in Conway, AR., and earned a Masters in Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN in 2005. Previously, he was a student minister in Perryville, AR. Clif joined the staff of GMBC in the fall of 2005 as associate pastor and principal of Garrett Memorial Christian School. He then accepted the senior pastor position in the fall of 2007. Clif is married to Kristi and they have one son, Jack and twins on the way.

Dr. Larry Silvey—Associate Pastor/Principal
 Larry Silvey is the associate pastor of Garrett Memorial Baptist and the principal of Garrett Memorial Christian School. He is a graduate of Henderson State University (B.S.E.), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M. Div., Ph. D. studies), and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (D. Min.) He has served as a pastor for nineteen years and as executive director of the Baptist Publishing House for twenty-nine years. His ministry as interim pastor with Garrett Memorial was from September 2004 until June 2005 when he became senior pastor. He served in that position until December 2007. Dr. Silvey is married to Jenelda and they have 4 children and many grandchildren!

Zeb Balentine—Director of Music and Student Ministries
 Zeb Balentine serves as the Director of Music and Student Ministries at Garrett Memorial Baptist Church. He joined the staff of Garrett Memorial in the fall of 2008. He is a 2008 graduate of Central Baptist College in Conway, AR receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis on Pastoral Ministries. Zeb and his wife Michelle have been married since June of 2007.

Carolyn Lauterbach—Office Manager
 Carolyn Lauterbach has been the church and school secretary since 2001. She is a Hope native, former business owner with 15 years retail experience, housewife, mother, grandmother, and caregiver. She is the glue that holds the office staff together! Carolyn is married to Danny Lauterbach and they have 4 children and many grandchildren.
